The aftercare service was appalling. I ordered my usual order which always includes chips cheesy chips, they were burnt to a crisp. I called to ask for a refund of the chips and they flat out refused saying they would send me some more even though it takes at least 15 minutes delivery and then the cooking time by which time my pizza would be cold. The staff member was rude and wouldn’t give me her name, the manager said they couldn’t refund online and it wasn’t until I reminded them of my legal rights they then said I could come into the shop and collect my refund. They never apologised for the bad service or the state of the food. I have pictures!

The food as always was divine and I will be coming back however it states on the website and on texts messages that I have that if you spend more than £12 you get free cheesy garlic bread and I did not get my free cheesy garlic bread :(

Our new favourite take away! Food is always so tasty, fresh, good portions, arrives on time or early and hot. Good price and the Delivery driver is always really friendly! Even went out his way before to bring it to us when we put the wrong address. Thank you
